This is a light buckskin leather on a 3 1/2" ring. It is done up with white duck & molted (naturally dropped) parrot feathers. It has glass turquoise & gold beads along with antiqued gold beads  The length without the hang strap is 16 1/2". I have a 4" that is 22" long @ $23
